I joined Teaching Personnel as a trainee Recruitment Consultant in October 2020 after graduating from Cambridge University where I studied Education Psychology. Since joining TP, I have been surrounded by a supportive team of managers and colleagues who provided me with the tools and support required to thrive in my role. The training provided has been second to none, with support across the company to give me insight into a range of techniques to accelerate my skills and knowledge. I have been quickly promoted to Branch Manager of Sheffield's Secondary and SEN branch and it is refreshing to see a company with clear-cut criteria and guidance to succeed.
Teaching Personnel has provided me with the chance to enhance my skills, knowledge and confidence in a job that I genuinely enjoy.
