A school in East London has been named the "best company to work for in the education sector," according to the Sunday Times.
Teaching at Robert Clack School has been found to be rewarding after the Dagenham-based institution topped the newspaper's list of best education providers, published on March 14.
The poll is compiled from results given by staff to 70 questions related to workplace culture, including their company's leadership, their personal wellbeing, career development and pay and benefits.
Around 40 per cent of the 271-strong school earn[s?] £35,000 per annum or more, while three out of four say they are happy offering their services there.
According to the Sunday Times, the school is also ranked second overall in the public sector.
