Do you have youth work experience?
Do you want to positively influence the lives of young people?
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a pupil referral unit that cater for young people with social and emotional difficulties in Bournemouth. The school is seeking to recruit youth workers to help support the children with their learning. The school believe youth workers have the engaging personality to help support these young people. In this role the youth worker will be expected to work both in school and around the local community to provide personalised support for the young people.
The ideal youth worker for this role will have a background in youth work and will therefore have the knowledge and ability to manage challenging behaviour in a way which still produces positive outcomes. Work type will include working term time only, on a day to day basis with flexible hours. There is the opportunity for full time and permanent employment.
