Job description

Teaching Personnel work closely with a Rawtenstall based School which caters for pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, Learning Difficulties and pupils who display challenging behaviours.

The School is smaller than average and currently caters for around 55 pupils currently aged between 11 - 16 years of age. Many of the pupils in School will display particularly challenging behaviours and candidates must be willing to work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis. The School are seeking a hard working, empathetic and enthusiastic member of staff to mainly work in their KS3 provision. The ideal candidate will also hold their Team Teach qualification but this is not essential.

The role will start as soon as possible on a full time basis and working hours are 8.40am - 3.20pm Monday - Friday. The role will suit a candidate with a strong work ethic, experience supporting adults or children with challenging behaviours and candidates will be expected to assist with open mornings and activity afternoons.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

- Negotiable pay rates £54 - 60 per day
