Youth Worker needed with experience of challenging behaviour

Job description

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Youth Worker to work in an establish behaviour school in Sheffield.

The school has pupils that are of a vulnerable and challenging nature. You will work closely with other members of staff to ensure that the pupils have access to education in a safe and engaging environment.

This could involve taking pupils off-site to participate in other activities such as sports.

You could be working on a 1:1 basis or with small groups depending on the skills and training you already hold.

Ideally you will have already completed Team Teach training or be willing to go on the next course.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
