Job description

Flexible working hours available as a Youth Worker, supporting pupils in a number of schools across Oldham.

Working as a Youth Worker within secondary schools is a very important and rewarding position where you will be given the opportunity to make a real difference for these young people in the most important part of their life. Whilst working as a Youth Worker you will act as a role model and support these young people on a 1:1 and group basis as you help them with any additional needs they may have whether these are learning, behaviour, SEN or SEMH related as well as offering them guidance and information to minimise their risk of engaging with antisocial behaviour, drugs and gangs.
