Have you got an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or similar? Do you have experience in working with pupils who are not in mainstream education? Perhaps you've worked as a crisis intervention worker or similar? If your answer is yes and you are interested in working with pupils to support their emotional and mental welfare, please read on!

The successful candidates will need to:

* Have a full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle daily.

* Have some experience of working with people as a youth worker/ support worker/ carer or crisis intervention worker.

* Use their own initiative yet be able to be an effective team member.

* Be empathetic and understanding in their support and guidance for parents, pupils and staff.

* Care about pupil learning and emotional and mental health.

In order to work for Teaching Personnel and clear our vetting process, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. Full assistance will be provided should you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £44, plus an annual subscription fee of £13 for the Update Service.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
