Job description

Teaching Personnel work closely with a Darwen based School which provides education and support for pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD, ODD and Challenging Behaviours. The School is smaller than average and caters for KS2-4 pupils with additional learning needs and difficult behaviours. The School provides education for pupils who can no longer remain in mainstream education and pupils who struggle academically and/or emotionally.

The role will be full time and it is to start as soon as possible. The role is likely to continue until the summer holidays as a minimum and the School hours are 8.45am - 2.55pm Monday - Friday. The role would suit a candidate who is seeking a long term, full time role in a forward thinking SEN School.

The candidate must be hard working, empathetic, enthusiastic and looking for a career supporting pupils with additional needs and pupils who are harder to reach.

The successful candidate will benefit from the following:

- negotiable pay rates dependent on experience £54 - 65 per day
