Could you make a difference to our young people and really help shape and develop a school that will become one of the largest special schools in Europe in the next three years, growing from 190 pupils to 350?

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a school in Leeds who are looking to recruit talented, dedicated and ambitious staff that can add value to the school and more importantly put the needs and learning experience of their pupils first.

The school caters to secondary students and has sites across West Yorkshire. The sites are primarily in Leeds but they are also looking for staff for their Wakefield and Huddersfield sites. The students have been excluded from mainstream education either on a temporary or permanent basis and they tend to display challenging behaviours, have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and be from disadvantaged backgrounds.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
