If so, please see the details of our client school in Bury who seek to appoint a secondary teaching assistant to work within their support department for the remainder of the academic year (Through till July 2017).
*January 2017 start – Covering long term planned absence

This secondary school located in Bury currently have a need for an experienced teaching assistant to support lower attaining pupils within their studies. This is an excellent school to work within and you will be joining a large support department where you will face new challenges every day. You will work closely, on a 1:1 basis with pupils who require extra support to reach their target grades. Any graduates or trained teaching assistants interested in this role will require previous experience working within mainstream secondary schools; it is also an advantage if you hold experience supporting pupils with learning difficulties.
Located in the Bury area, the school is just a short drive from the M66 motorway. Access is straight forward to the surrounding areas and the public transport links make Manchester, Rochdale and Bolton easily accessible via the Metro link tram and also bus routes. Interviews are being arranged prior to the Christmas break with the view to starting after Christmas.
