Person Specification for Year 6 Teacher

The school are looking for a resolute and caring Year 6 Teacher who has at least 1 year of teaching experience and high ambitions to improve themselves and the school. You will be a teacher who can secrete confidence and an air of authority in front of pupils and quickly modify your style to fit the ethos of the school. The school are looking for a fun, vibrant Year 6 Teacher who approaches teaching with a sense of fun and joy.

About the Role

In this exciting position you will be leading a Year 6 class of 29 bustling students and you will be delivering creative lessons that match the departments ethos and creativity. The lead of KS2 is wonderfully charismatic and gets great loyalty from the Year 3, Year 4 and Years 5/6 Teachers in the phase. The kind of leadership and organisation that really inspires loyalty and great achievement and performance.
