Yr 5-6 Teacher required for Catholic School in Durham

  • Full time role, teaching a Yr 5-6 class of 28
  • Small Catholic School based in Durham
  • To start immediately, for 1 term at least

We require a focused and enthusiastic Year 5-6 Teacher for a position in a primary school in Durham.

We require a dedicated and motivational Year 6 Teacher for a position at an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Primary school. The ideal candidate should have an affluent background in teaching Upper KS2 pupils of mixed ability and have the drive to support and guide pupils to succeed and engage in their learning. Experience of Year 6 SATs with proven successful levels of attainment is highly desired to maintain the school’s achievements.

The Senior Leadership Team are highly organised and very welcoming of new staff to the school. The position will begin in as soon as possible and will initially last 1 school term in length and has potential to be extended.
