Year 6 Intervention Teacher required for large, 2.5 form entry Salford Primary School, M5 - January Start.
Teacher Required for SATS Booster work
Identify gaps in learning and boost attainment for the SATS
Outstanding Year 6 support and Senior Leadership
Due to the desire for the best possible Year 6 SATS results, Teaching Personnel are working closely with a forward thinking, "Good" primary school in the central Salford area to recruit an additional Teacher from January to support in year 6. The teacher will be an additional adult within the Year 6 department to help identify gaps in learning and raise attainment through small groups sessions in the leads up to SATS.

Teaching Personnel are working in tandem with this large Salford primary school to recruit the best and most suitable teacher for this role. In return, the management and whole school are ready to offer the successful teacher extensive and regular support to best prepare the pupils for their upcoming SAT's exams.
The school is currently two and a half form form entry with a near view expansion. The successful year 6 teacher will be given adequate timetabled PPA time to plan alongside their parallel teachers and have the use of a skilled teaching assistant in class that currently takes a lead in maths and literacy intervention groups.
- Salary (£120 - £150 a day)

A teacher with previous SATs experience and a successful record of raising attainment is a priority for the school to continue moving forward successfully.
