- General Teaching Assistant - Year 3

Teaching Personnel work very closely with a couple of Primary Academies within the Partington, Trafford, M31 area. Due to the nature of this working relationship, Teaching Personnel continuously strive to work together to support these Partington primary schools in their education goals.
One of these primary schools are currently looking for a Year 3 Teaching Assistant for an ASAP start. Ideally to start in the summer term, the school are looking to appoint a teaching assistant in key stage 2, year 3 with a view to continuing into the next academic year.
The school can offer outstanding facilities, a great, supportive staff team and an outstanding commitment to developing the careers of teaching assistants.
- Year 3 Teaching Assistant
- Small group work and specific interventions.
- Supporting English, SPAG and Maths
- Trial days to ascertain whether the school is right for you.
- Working until the end of the academic year.
The Ideal Person…
• Will have strong behaviour management skills and good subject knowledge. - TA Level 2 or 3 or Graduate.
• Will have a positive attitude, personality, high energy and motivation and good work ethic.
• Will be willing to be flexible and potentially commit to the role for the rest of the academic year (although not essential.)
This school is in requires improvement, however OFSTED have commented on how the SLT have put many structures and strategies in place to drive them towards being a “Good” school very soon.
