Are you a Teacher experienced working within Year 5? Are you looking to make a real difference in children's learning journeys?
If so a Primary school, which has previously been graded as Good with Outstanding features by Ofsted is currently looking to appoint a teacher to work with their Year 5 class. The school aims to support both pupils and staff in order for them to achieve their full potential. You would be joining a very friendly team who will go the extra mile for one another as well as there pupils. The position will start as soon as possible for the right candidate.
A successful applicant should:
- Have a strong knowledge of the Year 5 national curriculum
- Be able to demonstrate good practice, ensuring that all pupils are able to make progress
- Be able to differentiate tasks to ensure that all pupils learning needs are met.
- Be able to create an inclusive learning environment to ensure that no child is left behind
- Be able to implement effective behaviour management techniques
- Be a good communicator and be able to work as part of a team

By working with Teaching Personnel, which has existed since 1996, you will be given access to the CPD Academy, which is great for those looking to develop their skills and aspiring teachers. Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a number of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers such as the National Association of SEN, Christ the King Primary School and St. Patrick's Roman Catholic High School to deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities, covering areas such as; assessment for learning, planning for progression, effective behaviour management, teaching for learning, using data, SEND, effective adult learning support, supporting pupils with BESD, Safeguarding, etc.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
