Year 5 Teacher Liverpool

We have an opportunity for a Year 5 Teacher to work in a school in Liverpool, where a couple of changes in staffing has led to the need for a Year 5 on a long term basis, with the opportunity for a permanent role for the right candidate.

The school is rated as 'Requires Improvement' by Ofsted however the changes in leadership of the school has provided clear direction and the school is now in a strong and stable position to move forward with confidence. The school is part of a multi-academy trust and there current Year 5 Teacher is being moved to a new role within the trust.

The school has an extremely supportive senior leadership team and who provide effective management of both teaching and the school's performance. The school identifies the correct priorities although school improvement plans to accelerate pupil progress are not sharply focused on measureable outcomes.

The school is located in the heart of Cental Liverpool and is only a 10 minute drive from the City Centre. It has bus routes from all around the city including 14, 78 and 79 routes as well as a short walk from 86 bus routes. It is also a short distannce from Edge Hill train staion.
