An exciting opportunity for a Year 5 Teacher within Surrey in the Chertsey area

School and Role Details

A mainstream School based In Chertsey are looking for a Primary Teacher to teach at YR5 . The school encourages teachers to offer creative and explorative elements to their lessons and teaching practices.

The ideal candidate will have the appropriate teaching qualifications and also experience/desire to teach KS2 learners. The role will vary day to day and the school are looking for someone who can make a real difference in the children’s lives, someone who is robust while also of a caring nature.


• UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• Experience Teaching Key Stage 2. Ideally Year 5 or 6

• Enthusiasm, energy and flexibility

• SEN experience (desirable)

• High expectations and a commitment to raising attainment and achievement

• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
