Year 5/6 FQT required in Derby!

  • Upper KS2 specialist Fully Qualified Teacher required in Derby (DE24) for a mixed Year 5/6 class.
  • Permanent full time role starting from 29th August 2017.

A client academy school based near Alvaston (DE24) are currently looking for an upper Key Stage 2 specialist Fully Qualified Teacher to join their team on a full time and permanent contract. The role is to start at the beginning of their academic year, starting on the 29th August 2017. They are looking to appoint an outstanding practitioner of learning for their class of mixed Year 5/6 pupils, with experience of differentiating planning and learning to cater for all abilities.

Teacher Specification:

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills, adhering fully to the schools behaviour management policy

• Deliver consistently high quality learning opportunities for all children regardless of needs, background or starting points

• You need to have a proven track record of delivering both highly educational and engaging lessons to raise pupil attainment levels

• Recent SATs experience and the ability to progress pupils to exceed expected levels within a mixed class.
