SEN Teaching Assistant required in 'Outstanding' Catholic School in Liverpool

With this in mind, we have had a request for a Teaching Assistant to work full time in an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ Catholic school in South Liverpool.

They are looking for someone to work with 2 children in the Year 4 class with behavioural issues. The school believe that with the additional support the 2 children can reach their potential at the end of Key Stage 2.

The school feel that with some additional support the children have more of an opportunity to focus on work and ensure that they are not getting distracted. The children behavioural issues, they are easily distracted and the school need someone who has experience working with SEN to support the children on a two to one basis.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
