**Experienced Year 4 Teaching Assistant**
An Ofsted rated 'Good' school is looking for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full time, long term basis. The Head teacher is ambitious and determined and encourages this throughout the school, from the staff to the pupils. The strong culture of support and development within the school uplifts the staff and is the main contributor to the high staff morale.
The pupils are very well behaved and are proud to be a part of the school. They are very respectful to staff and each other and are perceptive learners who are very well prepared for the next stage of their education.

About the role:
- Based in a Year 4 class
- Full time and on a long term basis
- Possibility to become permanent if agreed by Head teacher
The Ideal Candidate:
- Level 3 qualification
- Experience working with Key Stage 2 pupils
- Strength in Literacy & Numeracy
- Able to identify each child's differences and unique talents in order to then tailor their approach
- Academically confident & versatile
- Ability to be creative with learning
- Have a real passion and desire for education
