Year 4 Teacher - KS2 - Full Time - Immediate Start

A Southall based two form entry school are currently looking for a full time year 4 teacher, with the multiple changes in staff they are looking for a full time and potentially permanent member of staff.

The role?

They are a calm and diligent class, in need of the continuity of a permanent class teacher. There have been multiple changes with staff so the school are currently looking for someone to work until the end of the academic year - with the potential to go permanent. This full time position will involve planning and preparing classroom activities and lessons - assessing the students ability and being a part of the school community. The school has an extensive senior management team, all performing within the classroom to a 'no shouting' school ethos. They are looking for a member of staff with strong behaviour management, to be able to implement a strict routine.

By receiving a 'good' Ofsted report they are looking for members of staff to contribute to the strong behaviour management and high quality of teaching. Their inclusive ethos has seen a number of students with special educational needs join the school, working with a variety of students is an important aspect of the school life. With an elective school council set up with regular meetings they are encouraging students to engage with staff to discuss their issues and ideas to improve their school life.

The school is located a 13 minute walk from Southall station, connected by numerous train lines and bus services including the 482, 195 and 105.
