- Fantastic opportunities throughout the region
- Long and short term placements available
- Excellent rates of pay
Having been established since 1996, Teaching Personnel have amassed 20 years of experience delivering staffing, intervention and supply to thousands of schools, finding work for thousands of teachers every day. We have also been established locally in the area for 13 years. Consequently, we have vast experience in securing NQTs their first Teaching position.
Applying for your first teaching role can be time consuming whilst completing your final placements. Teaching Personnel make this process easier by speaking with schools on your behalf in order to secure you a position. We have long established relationships with a number of schools across the North Yorkshire area and have supported many NQTs in the past to secure their first teaching role. We spend time getting to know our candidates to ensure we are finding the right placements, working with schools who are willing to support NQT Induction years. We are able to secure long term positions, which often become permanent for the right candidate.
In addition we also offer:
• Weekly Pay
• The option to be on our own PAYE system to avoid paying umbrella company fees
• A Personal Education Consultant
• Loyalty Rewards Scheme
• Varied work opportunities
If you want the best variety of long term, permanent contract, intervention or supply work, as a candidate, you have to be registered with Teaching Personnel.
