Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a graduate cover supervisor to join one of our excellent secondary school. Our partner school has an outstanding staffing system, offering support to all staff members. Educated to graduate level, you will be required to deliver pre-planned work to classes across a range of subjects and year groups. You must monitor behaviour in the classroom, as well as ensuring they are completing work set. It is a great opportunity for those looking to start their PGCE, or those who are wanting to gain school-based experience.

Our secondary school is based in Oldham and offers parking for all members of staff, they are also situated close to main bus routes and the M60. The successful candidate will start this November, and will work until Easter 2023, however there is opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Confident in delivering classes up to 30 students
  • Working closely with other members of staff including teaching assistants
  • Ensuring behaviour is always kept to a good standard
  • Report any safeguarding concerns

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
