Location: Reading
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated individual looking for a rewarding role in education? We are currently seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to join our team in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity for both permanent and temporary positions, offering flexible working hours ranging from 1 to 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students.
- Assist with the implementation of lesson plans and activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in the management of behavior and classroom routines.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children, ideally within an educational setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff members.
- A patient and caring approach, with a genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of young learners.
- Flexibility to work between 1 to 5 days a week, as per the requirements of the position.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
