The Head Teacher of a Primary School in BLACKBURN is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide general class support within the Year 4 class. This is a full time role to begin from the end of October 2019 (after the half term break) for the entire academic year - potentially longer. The Primary School is graded 'GOOD' in their most recent OFSTED; the school have a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Head Teacher has stated how the staff are dedicated to the progression the pupils socially, emotionally and academically.

The Head Teacher has stated that they are interested in appointing a qualified Teaching Assistant (level 2+) for this role. The school require the applying candidates to have relevant experience working in a Key Stage 2 class room setting. You must also be able to follow the teachers plan and differentiate work to suit pupils with varying needs, create a purposeful and stimulating learning environment and form good relationships with children, parents/carers and staff. You would be expected to work closely alongside the Year 4 Class teacher and support the schools vision and ethos.
