Year 3 Teaching Assistant - Short Term Supply - Monday 23rd April Start Date

Are you seeking an opportunity to gain experience within the KS2 department? Do you believe your skills and enthusiasm would be beneficial to this role?

This Rochdale (OL11) based school is looking for a Year 3 teaching assistant to support a class for the week beginning 23rd April 2019. This 'two -form' entry school has received a 'Good' Ofsted rating and performance levels are currently in line with the National Average.

The successful candidate, whilst working under the supervision of a qualified teacher, must be able to work independently and provide support to small groups of children in order to assist in their learning and development. The position is based within a class of 31 enthusiastic pupils who are making great progress due to the motivational method of teaching. The School provides free onsite car parking and is easily accessible with metro routes and public transport less than 5 minutes walk away.
