Are you a teaching assistant with SEN experience? A Thriving and successful Primary School is searching for a Teaching Assistant who can assist throughout the primary curriculum to Ks1 and ks2 pupils. The school is located in Blandord Forum and has a high percentage of SEN in the school. The school is relatively large and has a maximum capacity of 30 pupils with each individual class split into 4-5 pupils with each class supported by a Teaching Assistant. They have recently been rated as 'Good' by Ofsted and looking to maintain the standards and improve further. The role is full time and due to the challenging role the salary is very competitive.

The school are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and is keen to motivate the child to focus on their learning.

Candidates must posses, or be willing to apply for, an up to date DBS certificate.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
