SEN Teaching Assistant for Challenging Behaviour required for a full-time role in the Enfield area required!

Pay in range of £60-75 depending on experience.

One of our schools which has been rated 'Good' in their latest Ofsted report is recruiting for an SEN TA in the Enfield area. This role is short-term with potential to extend to long-term. The school are looking for a candidate who can work full-time in assisting SEN pupils in particularly Challenging Behaviour for a Year 3 pupil. The location of the school is in an easily accessible location right next to the Enfield Town rail station and there are direct transport links into central London and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is confident and experienced in dealing with challenging pupils. A large portion of the role will require 1-to-1 support from you and the difficulties can range from lack of attention to disruptive behaviour. Some of the key skills we would be looking for are patience, interpersonal skills and desire to help. It is essential that you can be adaptable and identify what the pupil needs at a specific time.

We can also offer a dedicated consultant to support you throughout the whole process who has a genuine interest in delivering excellence to you and your career.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
