A fantastic Primary School in Wareham are looking to permanently appoint a Year 3 teacher to become part of their thriving team.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who adds to the schools hard working ethos whilst also having the creativity to inspire children.
You will require excellent classroom management however the school already has a fantastic behaviour management policy in place and the children are respectful and eager to learn. You must demonstrate the ability to deliver outstanding lessons, design stimulating lessons and show a hard working ethos that will motivate your students. KS2 curriculum knowledge is also desirable.
You will have high expectations of all pupils with a focus on encouraging all pupils to make progress.
This large school has fantastic indoor and outdoor facilities with large playing fields. The schools teachers are supported by a strong leadership team.
Newly Qualified Teachers and overseas teachers are welcomed to apply.
