Year 3 Teacher + Year group leader - Rochdale

Are you an Outstanding teacher looking to work as a Year 3 Teacher and Year group leader?

Does the idea of working at a creative and forward thinking Rochdale school excite you?

Teaching Personnel are actively looking for an outstanding teacher to join a client school in Rochdale on a permanent school based contract. This 2-form entry has been graded Outstanding and the SLT of the school are keen to interview candidates ASAP ahead of a Septmber start.

Ideal candidate:

• You need to be teaching at an Outstanding level

• Having experience of subject leadership or NQT mentorship will boost your chances of achieving this step up into Year group leader

• The Head teacher wants an intelligent and confident teacher who is willing to take on a challenge

• You should be able to work well in a team and contribute towards the ethos and philosophy of the school

Information about the role:

• You will be a Year 3 Teacher with additional responsibility as the Year group leader

• Your responsibilities will be to support the other Year 3 Teacher and also be creative and improve the current scheme of work

• You will be given a level of autonomy to explore a more creative curriculum and brainstorm new ideas

• You will be supported by the KS2 phase leader and Head teacher with your integration into the school and new responsibility

• Outer Rochdale Pay MPS4-UPS3 + TLR
