Year 3 NQT Job Opportunity - A Primary School in Burnley

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £80-£95 per day

Start date: 2nd September 2019

Teaching Personnel currently work with a variety of Primary Schools across East Lancashire, specifically in the Blackburn, Accrington, Burnley, Nelson and Colne area. A school in Burnley that work closely with Teaching Personnel are looking for an enthusiastic NQT with KS2 experience to commit to a full time Year 3 position. We have worked with this school for over 2 years and have provided teachers and teaching assistants on a day to day basis as well as for long term cover. This role has arisen due to a gap in staffing and would be for the full academic year starting 2nd September 2019. The Head Teacher has said she would fully support the successful candidate in order to complete your NQT year. You would receive the allocated PPA and NQT time each week as well as CPD throughout the year.

You must be a well organised, efficient and reflective practitioner with high expectations of child development, learning and behaviour. You must also be able to plan and deliver a creative curriculum, create a purposeful and stimulating learning environment and form good relationships with children, parents/carers and staff. You would be expected to attend staff meetings, INSETs and Parents Evenings through the academic year.
