Year 3 Class Teacher - Rishton Primary School

Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a 'GOOD' one form entry Primary School in the Rishton area who are looking to source a Year 3 Teacher from May 2019 to cover maternity leave until Easter 2020. This is a full time role and the successful applicant will be expected to take on the full responsibilities including planning, marking, data entry, parents evening, continual assessments etc. In return, the management and whole school are ready to offer the successful Year 3 teacher extensive and regular support. The Year 3 Teacher will be given adequate timetabled PPA time. The school is well known for their track record of success and school improvement in the Rishton area so is a great school if you are looking to progress in your teaching career. NQT's, RQT's and FQT's are welcome to apply for this post.

The class is made up of 30 pupils; there is 1 child with Autism who has a 1:1 Specialist Teaching Assistant, there is also another experienced general TA in the class. The majority of children arriving in school derive from White British Backgrounds. The behaviour policy is robust and effective; Senior Leaders have worked hard to maintain behaviour as 'GOOD' in school.

The pay of a full time Teacher (40 hours) is between £100 - £160 per day, the pay will vary depending on your experience.
