Temp to perm for the right candidate

Following a recent conversation with a Primary Head teacher in Blackburn; I am now actively looking to source and recruit a Year 3 qualified Teacher who can cover a 7 month gap in staffing. The Head teacher has stressed he is looking to trial and appoint a class teacher who is 'professional', 'can deliver high quality lesson content' and has 'outstanding behaviour management'. The role will commence approximately after the Blackburn with Darwen Christmas holidays and will continue until the end of the academic year. The School falls within a challenging inner city catchment area, with children joining the school working 'below expected' levels and from a range of backgrounds. The majority of children who attend school come from a white heritage background but does have various EAL needs.

The school can be located by Blackburn hospital and has excellent transport routes. This is an ideal opportunity for a fully inducted teacher, looking for a long term teaching role within the Burnley area. Due to the role being a gap in staffing, the Head teacher has stressed he could be willing to do a temp to perm contract for the right teacher.
