Job Title: Year 3 Teacher
Location: NG12
Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a vibrant school community in the NG12 area. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for students.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages intellectual curiosity and fosters a love for learning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of students.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Key Stage 2 or Year 3.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and reflective practice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
