Overview of the Role

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a 1 form entry Primary School in the Salisbury area. The school are looking for a Y2 Teaching Assistant to work alongside their Year 2 Teacher providing general class support. This school are looking to secure a Teaching Assistant to start in school from January on a full time basis. This role will be 30 hours per week working from 8:45-3:15. This role will be for the entire academic year and most likely longer. The school are looking for an practitioner who has experience working alongside young children in an academic setting. Despite being a mainstream Primary School, this school has a high SEN intake, therefore candidates with experience working alongside children with additional needs would be advantageous. This an excellent opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant or for someone that has recently completed their Teaching Assistant qualification.
