Year 2 Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teaching Assistant to start ASAP in a welcoming primary school in Barnstaple.

About you:

• Experience working with KS1 children or in a nursery setting
• An up to date DBS or willingness to apply
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

In this role, you’ll support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons that help pupils develop key literacy and numeracy skills as they prepare for Key Stage 2.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
