Year 2 Teacher required for a part-time role in Wakefield

Job description

A mainstream primary school in the Wakefield area are looking for a strong Year 2 Teacher who can start as soon as possible for a job share part-time. The school has recently received a 'Good' Ofsted 2016 and are looking for a strong Year 2 Teacher for a part-time role until the end of the academic year. The new Head Teacher at the school is hoping to rebuild the schools staff network and support the successful teacher by providing; allocated PPA time, Regular staff training and meetings as well as the opportunity to progress to an SLT position within the school.


The ideal teacher must have:
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- KS1 experience (SATs experience)
- Reference details from the last employer
- Phonics experience using Read Write Inc


The school is located just a 10 minute drive away from the Wakefield City Centre and has great public transport links.
