Are you a recently qualified or experienced Year 2 teacher? Do you want to have the opportunity to join a school that has aims to ensure that everyone is able to succeed in what they do and prides itself on its 'Everyone Matters' approach, creating a very strong team ethic?

If so a larger than average sized primary school, located in Greater Lever area, recently graded as Outstanding by Ofsted, is currently looking to appoint a Year 2 class teacher to join their already successful team of practitioners.

In order to be successful you will need to:

  • Have a strong knowledge of the Year 2 curriculum.
  • Have a minimum of a one year experience working within Year 2.
  • Have a strong phonic knowledge.
  • Be able to demonstrate good practice, ensuring that all pupils are able to make progress.
  • Be adaptable and able to meet the needs of all children in order to create an inclusive environment, in order to enable all pupils to succeed.
  • Be a good communicator

The school is looking to appoint someone as soon as possible. Interviews will consist of a 15 minute phonics observation and an informal conversation with the Head Teacher.

The school is accessible via Bury Road therefore is easily accessed by parts of Bury, Salford and Bolton.
