Graduate teaching assistant in North Lincolnshire

Do you have ambitions of becoming a primary school teacher? Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a large primary school in North Lincolnshire, they have a temporary position for a teaching assistant (ideally graduate level) to work in their support staff team for the remainder of this academic year. As a graduate teaching assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and other members of the support staff team to provide pupils with a great level of support and opportunity to further understand and build confidence within lessons. Previous experience as a teaching assistant is desirable, however graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for working with children will be considered, highlights of this position include:

Situated in the North Lincolnshire area, this is a full time position working as a teaching assistant within a large team. You will work directly to the schools SENCO, being involved in lessons and taking responsibility for your own groups of children. A degree in a subject related to schools would be ideal; however the school are happy to consider graduates with experience working with children and the commitment to making a difference.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
