Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a two form entry Primary School based in the Middlesbrough area. The School are seeking a Year 1 Teacher with excellent communication skills to assist in preparing the students for the Phonics testing in May. The position is a full time role set to begin on the 1st of April and continue for at least two terms with potential to extend. The children currently make great progress due to the stimulating environment in lessons which is why the school require confident and creative individuals for the role.

Details of role:

  • Teaching a Year 1 class of 32 pupils who are currently in preparation for their May assessments
  • Have an awareness of and work within school policies and procedures
  • Full time role beginning on the 1st of April 2019
  • Must undertake the planning, teaching and assessment of all subjects
  • Be responsible for the education and welfare of the Year 1 pupils
  • School are flexible with candidates experience and are welcoming of NQTs
  • Located close to local transportation links (Bus/Metro) the School is easily accessible and also offers free car parking.

Essentials:

  • UK recognised QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Valid DBS (A Child Workforce that is accessible through the Update Service).
  • Eligible to work in the UK (right to work in the UK documentation).
