KS1 Teacher Required, ‘GOOD’ Primary School, Ashby

A client school in Ashby are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join their team on full time basis. The post will start in January and will be ongoing into the new academic year. This Year 1 Teacher post is in a ‘GOOD’ Primary School,

The head teacher at the school aims to create a ‘safe and secure’ school environment to enable all children to ‘continually enjoy their time in school’ and is looking for an enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to encourage the warm and friendly ethos of the school.

This Year 1 Teacher post will start in June and will continue for the remainder of the summer term. The successful Teacher will then re-join the school after the summer holidays and will work as the Year 1 Teacher for the new academic year. The opportunity to work on to a school based contract may be possible for the right person.

To be considered for this position, you must:

- Hold QTS and have recent and relevant experience teaching in KS1

- Have sound phonics knowledge (use of the Letters and Sounds phonics scheme would be beneficial)

- Be looking to enhance your career in a ‘GOOD’ primary school
