Year 1 Teacher - Bury

A primary school in the Bury (M45) area is looking for a Year 1 teacher to join their Key Stage 1 department starting in September 2019. The school is having a staff restructuring and is looking for a teacher with recent experience in Key Stage 1 for the academic year.

The primary school is graded 'GOOD' from their last OFSTED report and is larger than average sized. The Head Teacher is looking for a confident and nurturing teacher to fit straight in to the school and immediately have an impact on the pupils learning. Raising pupil attainment in speech, language and mathematics should be at the forefront of your teaching.

The successful candidate will be expected to plan, deliver and evaluate the Key Stage 1 national curriculum, upholding the schools high standards for learning. The Head teacher also expects all teachers to be full member of the school community, taking part in extra curricular activities within the school.
