Full time ASAP Start

Due to an unplanned absence occurring over the month of October, Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely Primary School on the outskirts of Chorley. This is a full time position, requiring a mixed Y2/Y3 teacher with a commitment to high standards of teaching and taking part in full teaching responsibilities. The successful teacher applying for this position must be fully inducted; the role will consist of teaching a lively class and become part of a welcoming team.

  • Mixed Y2/Y3 teacher position on a long term supply basis
  • Full time within a supportive department and senior leadership team
  • Initially to cover a period of absence until December 2018 - possibly longer
  • Well regarded primary school with an excellent reputation in the local area
  • Supply position to cover absence, 5 days per week
  • Pay rate to match your experience (up to £120 per day)

Situated just 10 minutes from the motorway, this role is easily commutable from surrounding areas such as Blackburn, Chorley, Leyland, Preston and Bolton. As a class teacher working on supply, you will be expected to deliver all Curriculum lessons to a high standard for pupils in your class. Full support daily will be given by the Headteacher and fellow teachers, this is initially to cover an absence but could be a great introduction in to a welcoming school. Additionally, you will have a designated Recruitment Consultant providing support as well as a 24 hour on call service. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
