A lovely school in Croydon is looking for full time support staff to work closely with pupils in Primary (up until year 8). The school supports pupils with Social, Emotional, Mental Health difficulties and looks to make a difference to the children's lives. There are just over 50 pupils in the whole school, with 10 classes in total. A successful candidate will have the right attitude alongside some experience in order to meet the demands of the role supporting pupils with Challenging behaviour.
You must be committed to building a trusting relationship with the pupils, so you can successfully encourage them to participate in learning. The school welcomes those who have experience working in SEN schools, with a pro-active and engaging personality.
