Job description

Teaching Personnel has a big demand for experienced Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants in West Dulwich. If you are looking for supply work on a part-time or full time basis please get in touch and we will find the work that suits you.

At Teaching Personnel we give candidates the opportunity to further expand their skills by providing training for Team teach, Phonics, Moving & Handling and more. We also provide local work and are open to flexible hours (short term or long term). You have the potential to earn more money because we don't use an umbrella company.

The ideal candidate must have good knowledge/experience working with Special Needs, including severe, complex, medical needs and Autism.

In order to be considered for supply you must have:

+ Recent CV with a 6 Year career history

+ Have the right to work in the UK

+ Hold a current Child Workforce Only DBS or be willing to have on processed

+ Be able to provide 2x referees we can approach from the last 2 schools you worked at

+ Living in or willing to travel to West Dulwich

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
