Pay: £89 – £100 per day (paid weekly)

We’re looking for a caring, proactive Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant to help pupils build their skills and confidence through the medium of Welsh. If you enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful impact in the classroom, this could be the ideal role for you.

Your Role:

• Support teachers in creating an engaging and positive learning environment

• Provide one-to-one and small group support through Welsh

• Assist with classroom activities and lesson preparation

• Encourage, motivate, and guide pupils to achieve their goals

• Supervise and support pupils during lessons, activities, and break times

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Welsh (spoken and written)

• A warm, patient, and enthusiastic attitude

• A proactive approach and willingness to get involved

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
