Welsh speaking receptionist/admin assistant

Job description

One of our partner Welsh Medium Secondary Schools based in RCT have expressed their need for a receptionist/ Administrative assistant to support the main school from Janaury 2019 until the end of the academic year.

Previous receptionist/admin experience is required and a basic understanding of the school environment would be advantageous. Only fluent Welsh speakers will be considered.

The role

  • Supporting all administrative aspects within the school
  • Assisting with day to day telephone enquiries from school staff, parents and external partners
  • Entering data about pupils and parents onto the school data management system.
  • A part of this role will be to organise and Collate pupil information and support the smooth running of the schools front desk

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
