Welsh medium teacher needed in Swansea

Job description

A vacancy has arisen for an energetic and enthusiastic Welsh medium teacher to cover a year three class for maternity in a Swansea primary school. This role is due to commence in February, 2018. Applicants will be expected to plan and teach an observed lesson, however more detail will be given closer to the time with regards to what lesson will need to be planned.


The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner, someone who has experience working with primary school pupils, someone who has outstanding classroom management and a sound knowledge of the whole curriculum.


Successful applicants will need:


* Qualified Teacher Status
* Child Workforce DBS on the update service
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council
* The ability to Plan, Prepare and Deliver classes effectively

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
