A larger than the average-sized primary school in central Bradford are looking for an Early Years Teacher to start as soon as possible. The school is a happy, friendly environment where children enjoy going. The school believes firmly in encouraging their pupils to embrace life-long learning and approach this in a variety of ways, engaging their pupils in making learning meaningful and exciting.
The school is easily accessed via the M606 and via public transport. It is a 5 minute drive from the city centre.
As the ideal candidate you will have the qualifications and desired skills listed below:
- Have qualified teacher status.
- Previous experience of teaching in Early Years
- The knowledge and understanding of current theory and best practice in learning and teaching, particularly as this relates to high achievement and attainment.
- Understanding of a diverse range of teaching and learning styles and techniques.
- Good understanding of effective procedures for managing and promoting positive behaviour among pupils.
- Clear understanding of data analysis and the important impact this can have on achievement and attainment.

Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as National Association of SEN, National Autistic Society, Rush Miskin, Team Teach, Educare, Creative Education, and Leeds Trinity University.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
