Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a number of Unqualified Teachers to support in a number of schools across the Nottingham area. We are looking for individuals to support our schools with both their day to day and long term requirements.
Schools we support include Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs Schools. We also provide 1:1 Tuition for students who are not currently in mainstream schools in alternate provisions.
If you are a recent graduate looking to gain further experience within the education sector or have the relevant transferable skills and are looking for a change in your current role, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
To qualify you must have a relevant Degree, if you do not have a degree we can put you forward as a Cover Supervisor.
Ideal candidates for this role would be experienced in or qualified as;
- A Youth Workers
- HLTA'S
- An On Job trainers
- A Sports Coaches
- A Drama specialists
- A Support work & residential care
- Learning mentors in an educational environment
- Prison officers/ tutors
- Graduates from relevant disciplines (Psychology, Sociology)
Candidates with the following are desired;
- Enhanced (Child Work Force) DBS on the update system
- 2 Recent References
- Have a full UK driving license and access to a car
Benefits of this role include;
- Monday to Friday 08:30-15:30 working hours
- Pay from £80-£110 a day (dependent on experience)
- Paid by PAYE so no deductions apart from your Tax and NI

The main duty of this role is to work with the existing team supporting students in developing their confidence and motivation along with their self-esteem whilst increasing school participation. The successful candidate will play a large role in increasing pupil aspirations to achieve both professionally and personally.
